Flat 1 is on the first floor overlooking the quiet Burlington Road. The evening sunshine bathes the lounge and double bedroom with a warm glow helping you to relax after a hard day on the beach.This flat is fully equipped for up to four guests and is the most spacious of the apartments, also having a twin bedded room which can be altered to accommodate a king sized bed if required.  

Flat 1 has gas central heating so winter visits are always snug and warm.

The bathroom has a bath and an electric shower, whilst both bedrooms have a vanity unit.
